ENTREPRENEUR IN CANADA
ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE UNITED STATES
If you are a businessperson from Colombia or from a country that has a free trade agreement with the USA and you want to invest in a company owned and managed by you, you can enter and work within the United States through the E-2 nonimmigrant visa.
With the E-2 visa, you will be authorized to manage your company in the United States. Your spouse will be able to reside in said country and apply for a work permit, while your children under 21 years of age will be able to legally live and study there.
What we do
-
We prepare the business plan of the company you want to expand or the company in which you will invest.
-
We value the potential company in which you want to invest so that you have more and better bargaining power.
-
Through our allies, we help you carry out the registration and legal incorporation processes of your company in the USA, as well as the E-2 Visa application and work permits.
Additional Advantages of the E-2 Visa
-
You can live in, enter, and leave the United States while your visa is valid.
-
Your company does not require a minimum number of employees.
-
You do not need to be accepted into a study program, make an investment close to a million dollars, or have a sponsor to get your visa.
-
For Colombian citizens, the E-2 visa is valid for 5 years and is renewable indefinitely, as long as the company continues to operate and the visa applicants meet the requirements indicated by the United States government.
